Our Policies

Payments:

Payments are required to be paid at checkout on the day of services rendered.
The Magnolia Parlor accepts payments in the form of Cash, PayPal, Cash App, Checks (local only,) Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Checks will not be held. No exceptions.
Should a check be returned, the writer of the check will be invoiced for the service amount, plus NSF fees issued by the bank.

Cancellation/No Shows:

We understand that inconveniences arise on occasion, but we respectfully ask that if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment scheduled. This will give us time to allow someone on our wait list to receive an appointment. We will reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

Failure to comply, will result in 50% of the price of the scheduled appointment charged to the credit card on file, or the fee may be paid through an invoice.

Failure to show to your scheduled appointment without notice will result in 100% of the price of the scheduled appointment charged to the credit card on file, or the fee may be paid through an invoice.

Services:

Should anyone be completely dissatified with the result of the service, please allow us to correct it. Notification of dissatisfaction made within 1 week will have the service corrected at no charge to the client.

Appointments:

You may click the booking link on this website and you will automatically be redirected to our online booking site. Completing the Client Profile and securing a valid credit/debit card to the profile will be required in order for your appointment to be held. Credit card information is completely encrypted and is protected with bank level security.
